I found the book to be comforting - not for the mood I was in, but rather for those who are terminally ill, in great pain and nothing can be done - who face their final days or hours that way. It tells you how to find a Dr. or get the pills to help you and how to end your life peacefully. I don't need the book and my feelings have changed, but the book was a comfort to me.
