Another great entry! I just loved this one...despite the annoying ex, Andrew, the mystery was great and so was the ending! No spoilers, promise! While some of the regulars were MIA, the addition of her mother and Marcus's sister added a great element to the story. I cannot wait for the next one!

Fifth installment of the Magical Cats series. Another good read. What happens when your ex-fiance shows up, you have a falling out with your current boyfriend, AND you discover a body? A couple of new characters are introduced into the mix. Overall, a very good cozy read!

The cats were waiting in the kitchen.

Kathleen deals with the fallout when Marcus calls it quits and her ex-boyfriend, Andrew shows up to win her back. A local theater festival is in town. So of course someone must die. This time it is the director, Hugh Davis.

The big draw of this series are the cats, Owen and Hercules. Their magical abilities make this such a good read. I never tire of hearing of their quirky behavior.

I so wish for Kathleen and Marcus to reach an understanding and have a true romance. It is still brewing and I look forward to the next book to catch up with everyone.

Good fast moving story, cozy, wonderful humour in her writing. The cats are great and the light romance is also good. Good twist at the end, didn't guess who the killer was.
