Very repetitive. We wound up skipping half the chapters about the trial. It just went on way too long and included a lot of useless details (what people wore to court, what people's hair looked like, etc).

This was well-written. Despite that, I was unable to develop much sympathy for the murderess in the case and less for those surrounding her. Crier did her very best and did some fine research and still I didn't care one way or another whether this woman was convicted. It is good true crime however.
