Well, you can't learn ice skating through a book, but this is a nice reference for it. Step by step photos of figure skating moves, diagrams, and good practical/everyday advice

Pretty interesting to learn about all of the different positions and how to execute, since I don't live anywhere near a rink, it doesn't help me much, but it is pretty intesting.
