A Fifty-Year Silence: Love, War, and a Ruined House in France by Miranda Richmond Mouillot is the story of the author's journey to discover what happened to her grandparents' marriage after their survival through the Holocaust. The book seems almost therapeutic in nature. It seems to want to logic through and find concrete answers where none truly exist. It leaves many questions unanswered.
