This book contains three short teen stories that revolve around Vamp Modeling, Inc. Despite what it's Amazon entry says, this book is not set in the same world as the Kate Conner, Demon Hunter series.

In the Julie Kenner Story: Olivia is a straight-A student, smart and pretty, but always thought of herself as more of a brain than a beauty queen. But when her best friend and her boyfriend encourage her to enter a modeling contest sponsored by Hipster Chick magazine and Vamp Modeling, Olivia is super surprised to be one of the winners. Liv, as she comes to be known, soon finds out just how Vamp Modeling got its name...

The stories of Veronika by Johanna Edwards, and Sydney by Serena Robar are similar and take place in the same world. All three girls are actually winners in the same contest. The differences in the stories primarily being centered upon the differences in the girls themselves.

I enjoyed these stories, even though they were a bit too "happy ending" for my taste overall. Younger readers will definitely appreciate them, as will other more varied readers of the teen/young adult genre.

Vamp Modeling Inc. just held its annual model search, looking for the perfect girls to live up to the company's already high reputation. Thousands had tried out in various cities but only some of them had made it, and among them are three girls that stand out the most. All three know very little about the fashion industry, but they do know that they are about to enter into a world, or two, that is going to change their lives forever.

Olivia couldn't believe that she was actually chosen to be one of Vamps' models; all she did was send in a picture of herself. And now she is on her way to the Big Apple, as are the other girls who were chosen. All of it was so overwhelming, with all the paparazzi and photo shoots. And it became even more surreal when Olivia found herself in the tabloids. It's a good thing that her boyfriend, Damien, supports her, even if he is still living in Texas.

Veronika is the one model chosen that definitely stands out, just because she was the only plus-size one. Veronika had never been ashamed of the way she looked and was so glad that she could become a model just the way she was. Beating out all of those mean girls who thought she could never make it, back in Ohio, was just icing on the cake.

Sydney is far from being a bad girl, but she sure is labeled as one. Maybe it's her blue hair and nose ring that gives Sydney the bad girl vibe, but it was never like this. Sydney used to be the girl next door type, but when her father decided to leave the family behind for his girlfriend, the good girl gig was off. But Sydney only did this to get back at her father; unfortunately, he wasn't as fazed as she wanted him to be. Going to New York was the perfect opportunity to possibly have her father notice her again, and maybe get him to come back.

All three girls came to New York for the exciting experience. But the one thing they didn't know was that this experience had an ulterior motive. Who would have thought that Vamp Modeling Inc. really wanted to preserve the girls' looks forever by changing them into vampires? The name of the company itself seemed like an (un)dead giveaway. Being able to party all night long and never get tired did sweeten the deal a little, but for Olivia, Veronika, and Sydney, it may just get a little old.

Julie Kenner, Johanna Edwards, and Serena Robar are no strangers to the supernatural world, and the stories that they each provide in this very funny novel are both memorable and worth the read. Who knew that being a vampire model could be so much work? Fans of the authors' previous works and the vampire genre as a whole will not be disappointed with FENDI, FERRAGAMO, & FANGS.

Personally I read this book just for Serena Robar's writings. I had read her 'Half Blood Vampire Novels'. This book was suppose to have one of the characters from those books. Which it did....Carl, for those who also read those books. I did read the others, but my main objective was Serena's.

The first two stories where ok. But ended really quick. My favorite was Ms. Robar's story of Sydney. Mainly again, because of Carl. Her story made more since beings I had read the other books.

Overall, if I had to read this book again, I would skip to the end to the best one. It is a quick read, that may be my most positive thing to say. It was ok, but a one timer.
