If you are a woman, or if you live with a woman, have a daughter, work with a woman, happen to be dating a woman, or ever encounter women in your life this book will be helpful to you. The author, who is an MD, explains how chemical changes at different stages of womens' and girls' lives affect their behavior. She does an excellent job of explaining the functions of hormones with multisyllabic names in a way that is easy for a non-scientist to understand. My fiance also recommends this book.... he said that every man should read it.

A must read book. Lots of information, easy to understand. I am making sure my sisters, my daughter, and my girl friends read it. So many things make sense after you read this book. Highly recommend it!
