I have battled all my life with depression and my Dr. taught me the things in this book and it really works. I have given away 2 or 3 copies to friends. Thumbs up !!

If you suffer from severe depression, this book could literally save your life. If you just have mild or moderate depression, or just feel that life could be a bit better, it is still a HUGE help! This book totally turned my life around.

This is the definitive popular book on the management of depression using "cognitive-behavioral" techniques. It is a self-help book backed up by reams of clinical evidence. It really works if you follow the book carefully--admittedly not always an easy thing to do. Definitely a worthwhile read.
