Very disturbing story, so much so that I couldn't finish it at certain points of the book because of the things that happened. Author was very honest in the information he provided, granted I'm not sure if anything was left out - but it was definitely well written I thought.

This was difficult to read yet a fascinating true crime, cult type story. It was almost unbelievable that someone could do this to their own family.

Very good. Its written in mostly story format with a few interviews thrown in. I don't even remember hearing about this on the news, in 2004, but the events are truly shocking.

Unbelievable to have a father as crazy as he was.
