A lovely story.
Very good
A novel of uncommon grace and power, FAR HARBOR IS AT ONCE A POIGNANT LOVE STORY AND AN EMOTION-PACKED ACCOUNT OF ONE WOMAN'S JOURNEY HOME.
1-5 I give it a 5. Wonderful read, I love this author.
This was my first book by Ross. I found the story engaging, the characters believable and the time spent reading it relaxing and enjoyable.
Joann Ross is an excellent author, this book is very family oriented, once you begin reading it you won't want to stop until it's finished.
A very sweet book about love and family. My only problem with the book is that (as with many books by this author) Ross tends to reuse characters and story lines from her other books. So even though it is beautifully written, I always lose some respect for Ross for doing that. The legend of Lucy is basically the same as the legend in her "Fair Haven" series.
Despite all that, it was still a decent read.

Good book.
very enjoyable read.
first book I have read by her, but I will be reading more.
After her seemingly idyllic marriage turns out to be an illusion, Savannah Townsend returns to her hometown to buy the Far Harbor lighthouse and turn it into a cozy inn. She hadn't planned on her grandmother's disturbing memory loss or having feelings for Daniel O'Halloran, a caring a passionate man from her past.
