Another heart-stopping suspence story in the Navy SEAL series - I can't wait for the next one and I pray there will be more! I've read the previous 5: #1 "Forget Me Not"(2004), #2 "In The Dark"(2005), #3 "Time To Run"(2006), #4 "Next To Die"(2007) and $5 "Don't Let Go"(2008) and each has wonderful characters whose stoies are brought out in fabulous action. The books are chock full of professional competence, heights of honor and integrity, depths of evil by sinister, amoral, traitors hidden in the ranks of what-would-appear-to-be the most respected institutions. I'm a sucker for a "team" or "brotherhood" that never stops believing in one another no matter how bad the first impression is - and they always stand by one of their own. What are friends for if not to come to your defense, no matter how bad it looks?
I enjoy this type of book, Seals, Special Ops stc. This wasn't one of the best nor one of the worst. The characters were believable, and the suspense adequate. I read it quickly , and I would read this author again. Was great for reading in doctor's waiting rooms. You could put it down and pick it up again without losing track.
Another great book! Story line continues with another member of the Seal Team. I have enjoy these series very much and I'm glad there's another one on it's way.

Frankly, this was a disappointment. The earlier books in this series were much better. The male lead, Sean, was two dimensional and the antagonist was just pretty darn silly and unbelievable.

Navy SEAL Sean Harlan admires Ellie Stuart for moving forward with her life after she and her three boys are abandoned by her husband. Sean becomes her landlord, but he keeps their relationship as friends. He doesn't need a woman with kids in his life. But when two men pull Ellie out of her car and drive off with her three boys inside, Sean promises to help her get them back. The police are of little help, questioning whether Ellie is behind her children's disappearance. It looks like Ellie and Sean are on their own in bringing back her kids.
This is a fast-moving romantic suspense story. We were introduced to both Ellie and Sean in the previous book in the series. Ellie has had a lot of bad things happen in her life. Her children are her first priority. Sean may not want a woman with kids in his life, but that doesn't stop him from falling for Ellie Stuart. As Ellie and Sean search for her sons, they become the prime suspects in the case. My rating: 4.5 Stars.
