Very interesting book regarding a gladiator executed in the time of ancient Rome, restored to life by modern scienc and how he adjusts to life in modern times. Just ignore the iffy science and enjoy this fascinating story.

An interesting premise, but a little slow in the telling.

There are a couple of really well written passages, but for the most part it's a little draggy. Wordy, but not in a good way.
