book it self was good. but missed that it was abridged, or I never would have voted for it

This was one of the best of the Eve Dallas series. In the last few, I was able to forget that this series takes place in the 2050's. However, with this book, there is NO doubt, the entire tightly woven mystery takes place because it is in the future. One of the few mysteries where I was totally surprised by the identify of the murderer.
