i was absolutely entranced from book 1 to book 3. fanning the flame has the perfect finish to the heartless series.

So I'm not usually one for historical romances - Thought I'd try this one out and I'm still on the fence about it. A good read, I can't deny that. Definitely has a good background mystery to it. Some of the romance was written extremely well while others left you feeling a little short handed. Almost sympathetic to the girls of the 18th century. Mind you, This is the third book of some series (haven't read or looked for the rest), but I don't know if this convinces me to go running for the rest of the series. I think I'll go with 3.5 stars on this one.
