I picked this up in a bargain bin and didn't know what to expect. It's an extremely well written and incisive collection of stories (and a novella). I'm looking forward to picking up other books by this author.

From a devasting - and devastingly funny- portrait of a family gathering to celebrate the remarriage of a couple six years after their divorce in "Family Terrorists" to the O.Hentry Prize winning story "Dirty Words," this collection of seven stories and a novella displays the sharp-eyed perceptions and deft wit that have won Antonya Nelson acclaim as a welcom new voice in American Fiction
