Since I am a big fan of Rankin, it is hard to tell you this is the best I've read so far. But it just noese over the rest. Interesting premises!

I havern't read many of Ian Rankin's books,yet. But, so far this is my favorite. I enjoy how his characters are developed so that the reader feels she knows them. The story was interesting and contaied some Scottish history within the plot. There were surprises along theway and I was wrong when I assumed who the bad guys were.
For those of you who enjoy British mysteries, try going north and read Ian Rankin. Well written and a story that keeps you wanting to read.

A computer game gone awry. Wooden coffins left as clues at the murder sites. Unexpected twists and turns that leave the police dangling in this Scottish best selling thriller/mystery... A good read to the end.
