This book is the 13th in the Kate Burkholder series and is another enjoyable read. I still love the main characters and the rest of the minor characters as well. And like all the other books in the series, the end comes too soon and I have to wait to see if there are any more to wait for.
You would think that all of the residents of Painters Mill would be dead or incarcerated by now, but fortunately for us readers that is not the case. The series is getting to be a bit formulaic (which shouldn't be a surprise as Fallen is book 13), but it is still enjoyable.
