This book wasn't as informative as most of this author's work. She did not explain what countries or regions had jumping spiders. If they were on all continents, she didn't explain that. I was also not impressed with suggesting these spiders might be pets. Since the spider might bite the child, maybe it isn't a good choice. The age range for this book was too low. Yes, it is short, but the items discussed would hardly interest a three-year-old. I didn't find this book very interesting.
