One of the most useful cookbooks I own. We use this all the time. Our favorites are:
Noodles & Beef & Broccoli page 196
Gai Ping (Lao grilled chicken) page 229
Lao hot sauce page 283
But the rest of the book is wonderful too. The stories that go along with the recipes are heartwarming and heartwrenching.
