of pie, Melissa is worried. Ed has never been late, much less missed a meeting. She leaves
the diner only to find herself vomiting in a nearby alley from poisoning. When she comes to
consciousness the next morning, Melissa finds herself covered in someone else's blood.

Great 'end' to the trilogy. I have a strange feeling that the LAST CHANCE crew will be heard from again. There were a couple of secondary characters in this last book that make me believe we haven't heard the last from this group of 'superspies'.
Third in trilogy (Endgame, Enigma). Nigel aids former lover Melissa, bringing her into the Last Chance circle. Terrorism, UN betrayals, attempted murder and rediscovered love. Good read, but it helps to read the first two first.
