This is an amazing book, and not just for children. It captures the imagination and doesn't let go. The thing that struck me the most was the instructions for modeling the solar system. You need a big space for this, so think farm or park. My family and I did this, and it made us wonder how anyone had ever found any of the smaller planets, much less the asteroids.
