This 1980 edition contains some of the earliest and best short stories by Heinlein. I especially liked "Pravda means Truth."

This 1980 paperback is the first soft-covered edition of this book which is subtitled The Wit and Wisdom of Robert A. Heinlein.

I rescued it from a sale at our local library. As I have a more recent edition I am making this one available here.

A collection of stories, essays and novellettes by the inimitable Heinlein; including Life-Line, Blowups Happen, Ray Guns and Rocket Ships, Searchlight, Larger Than Life, Spinoff, On the Slopes of Vesuvius, The Last Days of the United States, Pie from the Sky, and others.
Perhaps I am not a good judge of the quality of this book, as I started reading Heinlein's books at about age 7 and have never recovered. No single other SF author has had this man's imprint on the whole genre----'nuff said!
