I started off hating this book, because Jim's writng style is a lot different then Don Pendleton's, and it shows. That aside, after reading the first few chapters I felt like i was reading a completely different series, the author obviously never grasped the concept of the character. Mack Bolan's character never harms innocent people, women or cops. The book starts off with Bolan shooting a women completely naked out an airplane window from explosive decompression. I almost threw the book in my fireplace after reading that, granted i laughed. But I forced myself to finish it and the later chapters where a lot better and overall it was worth reading.
