I will never look at grocery store meat the same again. This book exposes some hard truths about our food inspection systems and food and farm related bureaucracies. Joel Salatin pulls no punches on the left or the right. He points out where both sides have made matters worse.

This book will open your eyes. It will challenge you to think. I gave it 5 stars and my copy is staying at my house, with a few loans to family and friends.
