I gave this book to my manager at work who is also a good friend I got her her job she had previoulsy worked in daycares as the director dealing with kids parents and teachers her new job has a wider range of people to deal with, there was a lot of useful info and ideas and she has become a better manager now. the everything bok series is easy to read understand and look up things quickly.
