This was not a helpful cookbook. I decided to give it a pass because I would have to purchase a wide range of new products to complete these recipes. No nutritional values are provided, although the pictures of the finished products are superb.
There were so many recipes that I wasn't interested in, such as SAVORY CHICKEN FEET WITH BLACK BEAN SAUCE, TURNIP CAKE, and CRISPY CHICKEN SKIN. Some products, such as "neutral oil" and "Hong Kong pan-fried noodles," were not explained.
This cookbook might be more interesting to someone who has many of these ingredients. Overall score = G.
