Too much emphasis on vegetarian diet for my taste.

Anyone with a High Trigylceride or fat issue causing high blood pressure will find this book useful. The variety of recipes makes it easier to live on a low fat diet.

Nice collection of recipes. This copy has a different one from the cover pictured.
