Although this book contains many great recipes, I use it most as a cooking encyclopedia of sorts. It really is a great tool for teaching you not only what you are cooking, but also, what tools you use to get there, and why. If you are ready to take on new culinary recipes, but intimidated at the same time, this is your must-have book.
