I tried to send feedback via ' contact us' but the mesage wont send to TPTB. I get an error msg that says ' unable to process feedback at this time.'

anyone else see this?

Got feedback msg thru to TPTB after days with no response from a book requestor whom I mistakenly sent the wrong book to. She had admitted getting the wrong book but won't respond to my PMs about how to fix it. And apparently never read any of the help docs to get the info about how to deal with this. ( I also explained all the info in my PMs).
