I was highly disappointed with this book. Where is the controversy? I expected so much more from it. There's more behind the scenes stuff about AOL/Viacom/Turner. I don't need to know what happened in the boardroom. Tell us the wrestling related information. I would definitely pass on this one. Its just not worth it.

Like most autobiographies, Bischoff tries to paint himself in the best light possible. I don't think he purposefully lies, but he does shy away from taking responsiblity for some of the mistakes he made. Not all of them, but enough. I suppose that's human nature. For the most part, he doesn't bury anyone, though he has few choice words about Vince Russo, but who doesn't?

The biggest problem with this book though is the writing. Not very good. It's disjointed, jumps around a lot. There is no coherent story to follow. Which is ironic considering how much emphasis he claims to have put on wrestling storylines.

Any wrestling fan will probably want to read this book, but it's not really that great.
