I am done--apparently there will be more of these books but not for me! How long can you drag out this relationship and the issues these folks have?!? It just got to be too repetitive and too much. Again, I skimmed the sex scenes because, frankly I just didn't care. The whole story line just got to be too ridiculous and I (stupidly) thought this was a trilogy and would have somewhat of an ending. At least FSOG had an ending and a resolution to the issues of those folks. If you want my opinion, stop now.

All I can say is WHAT is up with this... the book just all of a sudden ends. You just flip the page and there is no more, not a smooth or good transition/ ending.
I enjoyed the book. I love Gideon and Eva but the 3rd book was too long in coming and the ending!!! OMGosh, what a disappointment! It just leaves you hanging. Very aggravated that the ol' switch and bait was used. You tell us we are buying a trilogy and then at the end of Book 3, it turns into a 5 book series. I believe things could have been tied up very neatly by the end of Book 3 and folks wouldn't be milked for another two books. I know, I know I don't have to buy Books 4 & 5 but I will. I must know what happens but this will be the one and only time I will do this for any author. If you say 3 books -- make it 3 books. I'm giving it 4 stars because I liked the book but I am giving Sylvia Day 1 star for her deception. This may be the harshest review I have ever written but if we the fans don't stand up and be heard, other authors may start doing the same.
I adore Sylvia Day and I thoroughly enjoyed this series. The spoiler has been stated already: this doesn't end here. It's fine with me because I kept wondering how the series could be wrapped up in this book. I did have a problem with the fact that this book just stopped. I also wonder about the reality of two such damaged people staying together but I also read about werewolves falling in love and seem to be ok with that.
This is certainly a series for fans of Fifty Shades. I think it is the better written version of that series.

Wow! It was worth that wait! Gideon was on fire! Smokin' hot! I didn't realize how much I missed him but I was reminded...frequently! A lot of interesting developments and an equal amount of still unanswered questions! I'm looking forward to more! I just hope the wait isn't so long this time!
This book is nothing but sex. You might get one kernal of plot after three pages of bedroom peformance. I an not a prude. I enjoy an occasional sex scene as much as the next person, but after a while it gets boring. I skipped page after page looking for some action.
Wow!!! I really do love these books! Glad that Eva and Gideon get to be happy in this book. Can't say anymore because it would be rude to post spoilers. I have been waiting for their bliss to happen since bk 1. My only disappointment is it could have had a better ending. Especially since the author said it was just three books. Don't get me wrong though these two characters have only begun to scratch the surface of all the obstacles they are going to face. For that reason alone there is plenty reason to keep the stories coming. I am afraid this is the calm before another storm hits, but as long as Eva and Gideon have each other I'm sure they will make it trough. I'm glad she decided to write more books. I just pray she doesn't make us wait to long! Love, love, love this book!
It started out slow, but that may be because I read book 2 a long time ago so I did not quite remember what happened. Four stars might be a little generous because for some reason Eva and Gideon's obsessive co-dependency was getting on my nerves. I do not remember thier neediness and insecurity annoying me so much in the first two books. Despite this, the story is still pretty good and I look forward to reading the next book.
