This is quite simply the funniest book I have read in years. I read it in 2 days and would have finished it even sooner if I didn't have to actually eat, work and sleep! Coming of age the same time as the author, and from the same general area (me/Long Island, she/N.J. - only about a centemeter different in 80's permed hair height...)really hit home, and I found myself laughing hard and loudly throughout the entire book.

An enjoyable, fun memoir of a Jersey girl, her family, and writing at Rolling Stone magazine. Very cute.
