I am truly enjoying this series overall! I appreciate the Victorian topics the author highlights in each book (poverty, women's rights, corsets, body snatching). However the "dual identity" that is this book's topic made me feel anxious, not something I'm looking for in my fun escapist reads. I will still look for the next book.
