After four years in a coma following a car crash, Meg Winter miraculously regains consciousness. As her body learns how to walk, talk and live again, her memories gradually return. She has no memory of the crash that almost killed her. No idea how she came to be in a car with a stranger and no idea why he was murdered on a countryside road while she was left for dead. Someone, it seems, is very concerned that Meg's memories might return. If she doesn't solve the myster of that night, someone is going to sleep forever.
