Wow! This is a fantastic book and so well written. This author had me at page 1. Yes this is about a vampire but oh so much more ... a wonderful story with lots of action, romance and a plot that will blow you away. If I could give it a 10 I would. I can hardly wait until Ms. Harlow's next book as I am sure this will be a series. I think this is Ms. Harlow's debut novel. I hardly ever read vampire stories but I am forever grateful that a PBS buddy shared this book with me. I am now going to search for other authors who write stories about "a vampire".

This was a good book, a little different for me. It had a contemporary setting but with vampires. It started fast and it kept me turning pages, the story was good; it had some twists I didn't see coming and it had good action. The characters were strong, witty and sexy. All in all a good read.

Not sure how to review this book. It started out fast and good. Then bogged down, then resumed being great then bogged down. Guess I'll rate 3 as the average of great and not good. It was an interesting take on vampires with an action packed contemporary military/CIA type setting.
