Ongoing saga of the Bonner clan. I just love being absorbed in the minutia of their lives. A must read series!
I hve enjoyed this series by Sara Donati. The Endless Forest is the last book in the series and did a very good job of wrapping everything up. I enjoyed reading this book and following the lives of the Bonner family. I would have liked to see another book in the series, however the timeline at the end of the book makes it appear as though this won't happen. I do recommend it to anyone who likes historical fiction especially about early America.
I am so sorry to see this series end. I loved every one of these books and fell in love with the Bonner family. Sara Donati does a great job of wrapping up everyone's story - I love the way she does it in a series of newspaper articles at the end of this book. I thought this particular book was a little slow moving at the beginning, but once the pace picked up, I couldn't put it down. It was like saying goodbye to an old friend.
