End of the True Game series, wherein the world itself is so unhappy with humans and the destruction they caused that it tries to kill itself, aided and abetted by rogue Eesties led by The Oracle. Jinian and Peter, along with friends and family, desperately race to stop the destruction and rebuild what previous generations destroyed. Starts with Jinian as a teenager and relates how she came to love Peter and end up as part of King Kelver's entourage; Dervish Daughter goes into her learning the Wize-Art; and Jinian Star-Eye completes the story.
I like her later work better, but this does have a lot of interesting imagery. Jinian is probably the most relatable character for me.
