This was such an emotional book and the author knew how to make it intense and fun and humorous just at thr right time. Penny and Carter had chemistry down to a T but what shoudl have been fun got serious Penny decided to run. When you read about Penny's past and why she "fakes" it is truly upsetting and horrible and you begin to wonder can she and Carter find happy ending. At first Penny didnt want it and it took her some time to ge there but I did cry and laugh at the hooray moment.
