A quite unusual book, with recipes for serving crowds of guests. The copy I found on the 'free' book truck has the apparent autograph of the photographer, which I can't guarantee although it looks like the printed autographs of the author and photographer.
The book is spiral bound but I can't be sure one of the unnumbered pages (ads for other editions of Mr. Folse's work, etc.) are all there. Although the book is VG and not ex-library, the tabs are somewhat bent. All in all, I do not dare post it, given the negative experiences with some PBS comrades. But I think it is an interesting cook book!
