It's always fun to reconnect with Eve, Roarke, Peabody, Feeny, McNab, and Furst. The mystery in this one felt repetitive to me with events from 25 yeaers ago reviewed repeatedly.

J.D. Robb's #56 in the In Death series doesn't disappoint, as always. The continuing saga of Eve and Roark's world is my favorite crime thriller series.
Robb has a way with characters, plot developments, and "Encore In Death" is the latest in this fantastic series.
After reading each novel (Robb puts out 2 per year in this series) I then read a second time, but with the audio in background. Jim Frangione narrates, and does a fantastic voice read. He truly brings the characters alive.
If you are new to the series, start with book one, "Naked In Death," and read the series in order.
And enjoy the wild ride. You'll be grabbing the next book in the series, and ignoring all other reads.
