A trilogy by Kay Hooper, originally written for Harlequin Books, then reprinted by Penguin. "Kissed by Magic," "Belonging to Taylor," and "Eye of the Beholder" are all wonderful stories by this special author. Paranormal abilities form the basis of neat romances and laughter and spell-binding dilemmas.

The Barnes & Noble Review
This beautiful trade paperback volume allows readers to revisit three magical romances, originally published in the 1980s under the pseudonym Kay Robbins. Verbal fencing and sensual teasing mix well with humor and drama in these classic stories. In Kissed by Magic, it's not exactly business as usual when a beautiful corporate president agrees to swap jobs with her handsome executive assistant to clinch a land deal with an eccentric businessman. Of course, it turns out there's more than one hidden agendaand business becomes pleasure amid some surprisingly magical delights. Trevor King's intentions are noble when he comforts Taylor Shannon in Belonging to Taylor, but he can't help but be bewitched by the lovely psychic's charm, even when she declares that they're meant for each other. In Eye of the Beholder, talented artist Tory Michaels isn't sure what to make of it when a stranger proposes to her at first sight. The beguiling, seductive man seems determined to convince her that he belongs in her lifebut first he needs to convince her that he has nothing to hide.

Dear Reader,

Sometimes and author looks back at work she did early in her career (we won't speak of just how many years ago!), and finds the seeds of what would come. That's certainly the case in Kissed by Magic and Belonging to Taylor, both early examples of my interest in psychic characters.

In Kissed by Magic, we have Donovan Knight, personal assistant extraordinaire, who seems to know his boss, hoteller Rebel Sinclair so well he just might be reading her mind.

In Belonging to Taylor, we have a down-to-earth lawyer named Trevor King, who almost literally stumbles across Taylor Shannon, a very unusual lacy with an even more unusual family.

And even though Eye of the Beholder doesn't boast a psychic character, it has its own brand of magic in artist Tory Michaels and archaeologist Devon York.

I'm very proud of my early work in the romance genre, and very much hope you enjoy these examples of that time in my career. I would only ask that you please keep in mind I was hardly more than a child when I wrote these stories.

Honest!
