A Roman Legion, through an accident with magic swords clashing, has been transported to another dimension that is similar to ours if a few things had been different in history. Can the Romans, a Celt, and their new allies find a leader truly worth following in this new dimension? This is a great series of books. It mixes historical accuracty with the Romans with historical fiction with the land of Videssos. These are truly engrossing books. I couldn't quit reading them once I started.
