This is definetely the best cookbook I bought in the past year! Emeril never ceases to amaze me how he can take elegance and make it simple. Now to add to, he's made it quick! I have enjoyed countless recipes from this cookbook, and so has my husband! If you rejoice in the time mastered by Rachel Ray but are disappointed with her kid-friendly menu, this is the cookbook for you! Hearty and light main-courses, fantastic sandwiches, and perfected soups make this a book I won't even swap. Save yourself the time in line and just go out and buy it. It's that good!
