Stephanie Plum leaves her job as a bounty hunter only to get involved in a murder scheme anyway. Hilarity abounds with her brief tries at other fleeting careers at the button factory, Kan Klean Dry Cleaners, and Cluck-in-a-Bucket, and finally working for Ranger, another bounty hunter -- a sexy one, at that. Between the adventure and the adversity there's attitude, with a capital A!
