Mo Willems' series about Elephant and Piggie are great fun to read aloud! Even the early readers can begin to sound out and recognize the words from repetition. I read this aloud to several classes of our Pre-K and Kindergarten classes, and the laughs and giggles give way to pleas for more stories. As a school librarian, I highly recommend this book.
