An interesting book. Wasn't right for me, however for those struggling with food issues and images, I think it will speak to you.

This is a great book if you have struggled with binge/overeating. It is probably great for other disordered eating as well, but I can't relate to other conditions. An eating disorder counselor recommended it to me and at first I was wary of this book as it seemed metaphysical or more ethereal than practical to me. Don't let the cover or description mislead you, it is a practical, helpful, and insightful book. After reading a borrowed copy, I have to have my own to go back and refer to over and over again.
