This is one case where an author reading her own work worked out okay; I've found that usually doesn't. Very good at presenting characters and setting - especially Richard-from-Texas! I did find myself wishing she'd get over herself on having had a failed relationship, as though it were such a rare occurance.
This is such a wonderful book, read by Gilbert herself. I have found myself laughing out loud and crying during my listen.
