This book changed my life. After smoking for 15 years I got sick one day and thought to myself, this is it, I don't want to do this any more. I had been given this book as a gift so I decided what harm could it do to read it. I never picked up another cigarette and I am celebrating my 5-year non-smoking anniversary next Sunday!
