If you want to stop smoking, and you read this book with close attention, you can quit smoking. No willpower required, no scare tactics used, no weight gain, no feeling deprived, no gimmicks or substitutes. You just quit smoking, easily, joyfully, finally. I smoked a pack a day for fifty years and tried to quit any number of times without success. Then I read this book and quit when I was done (the author insists that you do not quit till you've finished the book). That was only 6 months ago, but as I am grateful to be free of cigarettes at last and do not have the smallest real desire to smoke again, I expect this quit to be forever. Do yourself a favor: try this book. It really works!

This is a great book, Anyone wanting to quit smoking I highly recommend. I have smoked for 26 years and just quit 2 weeks ago after reading this book.

I was terrified to try to quit smoking, thought I couldn't do it. This book gets into the psychology behind why we smoke, not just the physical addiction aspect. i could not have quit without reading this book. Best purchase of my life.
