Take one Nevada showgirl, one newly-divorced Unitarian minister, a wrongly-convicted man, and Someone Who Doesn't Want the Truth to Come Out, and you have this quickly-read mystery/adventure/romance. I figured out the Real Villain fairly early on, but there were still some interesting twists.

"When her father was convicted of a violent murder she knew he didn't commit, Mary Margaret vowed to clear him. But now, eight years later, she is working as a showgirl in Reno and is in serious debt to her low-life ex-husband. And her father is still serving a life sentence.

Then Reverend Dane Barrett -the most unlikely minister Mary Margaret has ever seen - shows up at her door with information about her father's case. They are improbable allies, but Mary Margaret and Dane join forces to expose the real killer. And in the process expose themselves to a dangerous enemy - an enemy intent on keeping the past buried."
